well not exactly a press release, however, i have received messages from many of you that i haven't had occasion to reply to yet. any case, here's an update.
i am not homeless. i live with three other people (girls. :) from finland in a house about a half hour bike ride from amsterdam. i have been getting a few gigs and there are certainly some great players here. work is a little slow and i am trying to make ends meet, but even the basics are very expensive. amsterdam is the fourth most expensive city in the world thanks to the euro!
i have decided to spend some more time here as a student at the conservatory. the year starts in september and i am looking at a audition date sometime in april/may. i am going to try to make it into the advance study, or master's program. keep your fingers crossed! i don't expect that it will be a simple feat, but it would mean good things for my future. i need to support myself someday ;)
i have, like, seven rolls of film that i can't develop (arrgh) because developing one roll of film is more than ten euros. maybe i can talk my sister into developing the film for me and emailing the raunchiest stuff to all yáll. (fucking european keyboard. yáll).
